Recently, Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology released the public notice list of Suzhou municipal demonstration intelligent workshops in 2024, and Jiangsu Beiren Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beiren Green Energy") Energy Storage PACK Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop was on the list.  

Suzhou Municipal Demonstration Intelligent Workshop   The selection of Suzhou Municipal Demonstration Intelligent Workshop aims to implement the "Suzhou Municipal Intelligent Transformation Digital Transformation Networked Connection Three-Year Action Plan (2024-2026)", and encourage enterprises to further improve their core competitiveness through intelligent transformation, digital transformation and networking, and help the construction of new industrialization.   As an efficient, intelligent, environmentally friendly and safe intelligent manufacturing workshop, Beiren Green Energy Storage PACK Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop has a total of 3 production lines, including 2 energy storage PACK production lines and 1 energy storage battery lower shell production line. At present, the annual production capacity of a single production line is 2GWh, and the utilization rate is over 90%, which is in the leading position in the field of energy storage PACK production and manufacturing.   The workshop has introduced advanced automation equipment and information control systems to realize the intelligence, digitization and informatization of the entire production process. The workshop takes MES and ERP systems as the core, and uses the MES system to track data in real time to achieve full-process information traceability of battery cells, modules, PACKs, etc. Through the deep integration of the MES system and the ERP system, the management optimization of the production plan is realized. The application of industrial big data and visualization technology realizes real-time monitoring of the workshop and dynamic configuration of resources. Using cloud platforms and Internet of Things technologies, data sharing and network collaborative manufacturing are realized.  

  The workshop introduced advanced laser welding manufacturing technology, self-developed BUSBAR welding, equipped with a laser welding full-process detection system, established a welding quality evaluation system based on sampling data, effectively controlled welding quality, and uploaded data to the MES system to achieve dynamic optimization of the process and data traceability. Based on machine vision technology and combined with deep learning technology, human-machine collaborative manufacturing and online quality detection are realized.  

  ​Beiren Green Energy Energy Storage PACK Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop has realized the fully automated production and manufacturing of the core component PACK of the energy storage system, effectively solving the pain points of complex production process, strict quality control, and low standardization, and comprehensively improving the manufacturing process of the energy storage system and the quality of energy storage products. ​​​​​​
